To begin doing retail business with Petro, please follow these simple instructions.
1) Samples must be sent at the expense of the vendor, Petro Stopping Centers does not purchase samples.
2) Samples will not be returned unless accompanied by RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] and call tag.
3) Product information must accompany all samples.
4) Your company contact information must be included with samples.
5) Samples and product information should be sent to the following address:

6) Samples and product information should be sent to the attention of the following persons:
healthy and beauty apparel – Attention: HBA Category Manager
deli, fountain, snack bar, hot food, grocery, snacks, candy – Attention: Convenience Food Category Manager
cooler beverages and alcoholic beverage- Attention: Beverage Category Manager
tobacco and cigarettes- Attention: Tobacco Category Manager
DVD, audio cassettes and books - Attention: Entertainment Category Manager
hard goods and trucker accessories- Attention: Trucker Category Manager
electronics- Attention: Electronic Category Manager
apparel- Attention: Apparel Category Manager
toys and gifts- Attention: Gift Category Manager
all other inquiries- Attention: Director of Merchandise
7) The appropriate Category Manager will notify shipper of his or her interest in product within 45 days of receipt.
8) Contact back to shipper by the Category Manager will be made either by phone or e-mail if there is an interest.
9) Additional e-mails and/or phone calls from shipper will not expedite the process and these attempts to contact will not be returned.
10) The appropriate Category Manager will notify shipper by mail if they have no interest.
11) Failure to follow these simple instructions will result in unneeded delays regarding the decision to purchase said merchandise for Petro Stopping Centers.
