July 1st your Passport Just Got Personal. At Petro we want your card to be as unique as you. We've geared every card to work best for its individual owner. That way you maximize your points, and can even receive special offers based on your personal needs.
Not a Passport Member? Join today it's easy. You can sign up today by selecting the sign up button under "Join Now", or your can sign up right at the Passport Kiosk at any Petro Stopping Centers. Once you sign up you will receive a temporary Passport Card to use until your permanent, personalize card arrives via USPS (approximately 10-14 days). You can begin using your temporary Passport Card right away.

Petro Passport Remption Options
- 500 points: $5 off certificate
- 900 points: Paid shower certificate
- 1,000 points: $10 off certificate
- 2,000 points: $20 off certificate
- 5,000 points: $50 off certificate
Redeeming Points
Swipe your card at the Passport kiosk (in the Petro main building), select, and print your award certificate. Award certificates may be redeemed at the Travel Store, the Iron Skillet Restaurant, the Fuel Island, and at Petro:Lube for all products and services excluding fuel, tobacco, and lottery tickets. The certificates are valid for 30 days from the date printed. Present your Petro Passport card to redeem an award certificate. Expired or lost certificates cannot be replaced.
Shower Credits
Purchase at least 50-gallons of fuel or spend $50 at the Petro:Lube to earn one shower credit. Your Passport card will hold a maximum of 10 shower credits. Showers expire after 10 days.
Limitations
Certificates cannot be redeemed for diesel fuel, gasoline, beer, alcohol, gratuities, cash or cash equivalents, gift cards, prepaid cards, lottery tickets, parking fees, scale fees, PrivaCash, casino credits or sales tax on valid items purchased.
Expiration of Points
Points expire two (2) years after the last day of the year during which the Points were awarded. In addition, Points and any available shower credits expire after six (6) months if no activity is recorded on the Card. Activity is defined as a Certificate being printed or Points being added via a fuel or Petro:Lube purchase.
Cancellation of Cards
Cards with no transactions for six consecutive months are considered inactive and are automatically cancelled. Once a card is cancelled, all points and shower credits are lost and cannot be reissued.
Platinum Status
Our most loyal customers qualify for Platinum status by earning 15,000 points in one calendar year. Your account will automatically be upgraded. Apply for your Platinum card at the Passport kiosk. We’ll mail your personalized Platinum card and welcome gift. Platinum members receive special benefits, including shower credits that do not expire.
